When does it ship?

Estimated dispatch is December 2026 to January 2027. We place the production order on 31 October, then it is made, quality checked and shipped to you. We are aiming to have every putter with its owner before Christmas, but we will not promise a date we do not control. If anything slips we will email you early with a revised date.

Can I change my mind after I pre-order?

Yes. Cancel any time before dispatch and we refund you in full, back to your original payment method. Once it arrives you also have our 30 day guarantee, on top of your statutory rights.

Does the run depend on a minimum number of orders?

No. We are producing this run regardless of how many are reserved. The closing date is simply the day we place the order with our manufacturer, and the day the founding price ends.

Is it legal for competition?

We have not submitted the Heron 01 for R&A or USGA testing, so we cannot list it as conforming.

That is a process matter rather than a design concern. An official ruling is only issued on a production sample, and this is our first run, so there is nothing to submit until the putters are made. We plan to submit once they are.

Until then, if you play in competitions run under R&A or USGA rules, assume it is not permitted for those rounds. For casual and social golf it makes no difference.

What is the head made of?

An aluminium alloy head with a CNC milled face. The face that meets the ball is milled, and the head is aluminium rather than cast zinc.

How does the finish wear?

The head is aluminium alloy with a stain and paint coating. Aluminium is softer than stainless steel, so if the sole is regularly dragged across stones or hard ground the paint can scuff or chip over time. Normal use on a green will not do it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. UK is £7.95, Europe £24.95 and the rest of the world £39.95, all tracked.

Import duties and local sales taxes are charged by your own country on delivery and are not included in our price. Your courier will usually collect them before handing the parcel over, and may add a handling fee. Please check your own country's rules before ordering.

Do you make left handed?

Yes. Choose right or left handed when you pre-order. Both are the same price.

What lengths do you offer?

33, 34 and 35 inches.

Is the headcover included?

No. The embroidered leather headcover is an optional add on for £20, chosen when you pre-order. Your putter ships in a protective tube either way.

Can I return it?

Yes. Putt with it for 30 days. If you do not love it, send it back. See our returns page.

Why is it so much cheaper than the big brands?

No tour budget, no retail middle layer, one model done properly. You are paying for the putter, not for the marketing around it.
