Presale Terms

This is a pre-order

The Heron 01 is not currently in stock. By placing an order you are reserving a putter from our founding production run. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

The founding run closes on 31 October

Reserve before that date and you pay the founding price of £99. When the run closes we place the production order and the price returns to £129. Your order does not depend on a minimum number of putters being reserved. We are producing this run regardless of how many orders we take, so your reservation will be fulfilled.

Estimated dispatch

We place the production order on 31 October. Manufacturing and delivery to us take approximately 30 to 40 days, after which every putter is quality checked and shipped to you.

Our current estimate is dispatch between December 2026 and January 2027. We are aiming to have every putter with its owner before Christmas. That is an aim rather than a guarantee, because manufacturing and freight are not entirely within our control. If anything slips we will email you as soon as we know, with a revised date, and you may cancel for a full refund.

By placing an order you agree that this estimated dispatch period applies to your order rather than any shorter default delivery period.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties and local sales taxes are charged by your own country on delivery, are not included in our price, and are your responsibility. Delivery timescales outside the UK depend on your local carrier and on customs.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund, at no cost to you. Under UK consumer law you also have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and a further 14 days to return it. To cancel, email heronputters@icloud.com. This is in addition to our 30 day guarantee.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cancellations before dispatch are processed as soon as you contact us. Refunds on returned putters are issued once the putter is back with us, typically within 5 to 10 working days.

Changes to specification

Minor variation in finish or head weight may occur between the sample shown and the final production run. Any material change to specification will be communicated before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
