Delivery cost

UK mainland is a flat £7.95. Europe is £24.95. The rest of the world is £39.95. All tracked, and added at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

Orders outside the UK may be charged import duty and local sales tax by your own country when the parcel arrives. That is not included in our price and we cannot pay it for you. Your courier will usually collect it before delivery, and may add a handling fee. Please check your own country's rules before ordering.

Founding run dispatch

The founding run closes on 31 October. We place the production order that day, and manufacturing and delivery to us take approximately 30 to 40 days, after which every putter is quality checked and shipped.

Our current estimate is dispatch between December 2026 and January 2027. We are aiming to have every putter with its owner before Christmas, but that is an aim rather than a guarantee. If anything slips we will email you early with a revised date, and you may cancel for a full refund. See our presale terms for the full timeline.

Delivery times

Once we dispatch, UK delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days. International delivery varies by destination and by how quickly customs release the parcel. You will receive tracking by email either way.

How it is packed

Every putter ships in a protective tube. If you added an embroidered headcover, it ships fitted to the club. If your putter arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the club and email us within 48 hours. We will replace it.
