The 30 day roll it guarantee

A putter is a feel product, and you are buying this one without holding it first. So take it to the green and actually use it. Putt with it for 30 days. If you do not love it, send it back for a full refund of what you paid.

Cancelling before it ships

You can cancel at any time before your putter ships and we will refund you in full, at no cost to you.

How to return

Email heronputters@icloud.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Please return the putter in its tube, along with the embroidered headcover if you ordered one.

Condition

Normal signs of use on the green are completely fine. That is the entire point of the guarantee. Damage beyond ordinary use, or a missing tube or headcover, may reduce the refund.

Return postage

If you are returning because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as the putter remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you cancel under your statutory 14 day right, we also refund the delivery charge you paid on your original order, up to the cost of our standard delivery to your country. If you return later than that, under our voluntary 30 day guarantee, we refund the price of the goods but not the original delivery charge.

If the putter is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we pay all return costs and refund your delivery charge in full. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the club.

Returns from outside the UK

The same rights apply wherever you are. Please be aware that return carriage from outside the UK is expensive and is at your cost on a change of mind return. Any import duty or local sales tax you paid on delivery is charged by your own country, not by us, so we cannot refund it. You may be able to reclaim it directly from your own customs authority.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the putter arrives back with us, typically within 5 to 10 working days.

Your statutory rights

Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days to send it back. Our 30 day guarantee is offered in addition to that right and does not replace or reduce it.
